Can I pick up my order?

No, all items must be delivered to a nominated street address, as detailed on your order.

What is the cost of freight?

We offer free freight on orders over $300 to most metropolitan and regional centres within Australia. For any customers in more remote parts of Australia, we will need to provide a freight/shipping quote. Once you contact us, we will endeavour to provide a quote for the freight component of your order as soon as possible. Please contact us.

Most products will ship via Startrack

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Australia and do not support international orders at this time.

Why can’t I get free freight?

How long does it take to process my order?

We accept either Credit Card or Paypal. Orders received before 2pm are generally processed the same day.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Goods are shipped with Startrack, from Sydney, and usually take 2-4 business days to arrive depending on where you are in Australia. Rural areas can vary 2-7 business days. Quote or custom orders will generally take longer to arrive, anywhere from two (2) weeks to five (5) weeks. The ETA is tentative and subject to change.

What do I do if I have a problem with my product?

All products and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a problem with your product and you need to organise a warranty repair please contact the relevant manufacturer directly.

Do your products have Australian Manufacturers Warranty?

Yes, we are an Australian GST Registered company who purchase all products through official wholesale channel partners within Australia. The standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products. We do not promote nor sell grey imports.

Is stock information on your website accurate?

Our information is as accurate as it can be. We receive feeds from multiple suppliers daily and run manual updates as often as possible. We only display items on our website that have current available stock levels from our suppliers.

What if I require more stock of an item than is available on your website?

In the case there are only three (3) items available and you require five (5) of that particular item, then you will need to contact us so that we can provide a quote or chase our suppliers for ETA’s of replacement stock.

Are the products on this website grey imports?

No. The products we sell on IT Buyers are genuine and distributed locally within Australia by authorised IT Wholesale channels. The products on this website are Australian models with Australian warranties.

Is it safe to shop with you?

We take security very seriously. We have two payment options: Stripe for all Credit Card payments, and PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only Accept Credit Cards (MasterCard and VISA) and PayPal payments.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No, we require all products to be paid for 100% upfront before any products are shipped. This is our company policy and will not change.

Do you provide a Tax Invoice?

All orders are issued with a Tax Invoice. We are a GST Registered Australian company.
